1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and NeutronLabs ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the neutronlabs.tech website as well as any other media form, media channel, or consulting services related or connected thereto.

By accessing the site or engaging our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Consulting Services & Engagements

NeutronLabs provides DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Platform Engineering consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and payment terms for any engagement will be explicitly defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties prior to the commencement of work.

Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a formal consulting agreement until an SOW/MSA is executed.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated in a specific SOW, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

Open Source tools and templates provided on our website or GitHub are subject to their respective open-source licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0).

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our public templates, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Liability for formal consulting engagements is strictly governed by the executed MSA between NeutronLabs and the client.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. NeutronLabs and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Madhya Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
